As founder and owner, Ginadi has built the company around principles that guide every project: craftsmanship, honest communication, careful project management, accountability, and respect for each client’s home.
Today, he continues to lead Feldman Construction with a hands-on approach, supporting the team as it delivers whole-home remodeling, additions, ADUs, design-build projects, and new construction throughout the Bay Area.
